Our Design Process
Arizona Landshapes LLC utilizes a special design process for our Tucson clients. Most landscape process begin with an on-site consult. This is where we discuss the goals of the project as well as the costs. If all goes well, we give a time commitment to our clients. We require a retainer fee that is half of total design fee to continue with any project. We also will provide our client with two or three drafts before a final one is presented and signed off on. We want our clients to be happy and 100% satisfied. At the completion of the design process, clients are usually given an estimate for installation. If they decide to hire Arizona Landshapes LLC to install the design, they are credited the cost of the design fee toward construction. If they do not decide to hire Arizona Landshapes LLC the second half of the design fee will be due.
